    This 60-page PICTORIAL BOOK, with over 120 color clip art and other illustration,teaches the basics – Alphabet, Phonology (intonation) and Morphology (syllables). Yorùbá is a tonal language. Our trade mark COLOR-CODING TECHNIQUE facilitates recognition of the tonal rhythm and syllabic structure that is fundamental to to understanding Yorùbá. This makes it possible for beginners to start enjoying their studies from the outset without being intimidated by the frequently changing accent marks. This, combined with the time honored use of the first three musical notes     –       d: r: m:                ( do: re: mi: ) to simulate the sound (tone, pitch) of Yorùbá words, provides a most user friendly approach.
